Capt. Paul Cuffe is interred in a garden area behind the Meeting House buried next to his wife. Died in his 59th year. In front of the Meeting House there is a monument and a plaque dedicated to Paul Cuffe. There are many books written about Capt. Paul Cuffe as he was an outstanding Native American African American man.
